9. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dougherty County.

11. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and South Georgia Physical Therapy, LLC regarding the use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Site. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
